Retail investors can benefit from monitoring the activities of their institutional counterparts, who usually invest substantial amounts after conducting thorough research. ET Markets' analysis has shown that Mutual Funds (MFs) have been consistently increasing their investments in 107 stocks listed on the BSE with a market capitalization of over Rs 1,000 crore for the last four quarters (June 2022 - March 2023).
