Asia stocks traded mixed on Wednesday and benchmark U.S. Treasury yields were near multi-year highs, as investors sour on both stocks and bonds amid worries about the impact of higher-for-longer interest rates.

The nine board members also diverged in their views on whether companies would keep hiking wages next year, the minutes showed, highlighting uncertainty on how quickly the BOJ could begin phasing out its massive stimulus programme.

Investors are focused on Friday's personal consumption expenditures price index for a fresh view of the inflation picture. This week also brings other data including on durable goods and second-quarter gross domestic product, as well as remarks by Fed policymakers such as Chair Jerome Powell.

“Gujarat Ambuja Exports has been consolidating for the past 1 year and this month we saw stock has broken above the descending triangle pattern on charts. Traders to buy in the range of Rs 290-300 levels for potential target levels of 335-340,” Jay Patel, Research Head at Investmentor Securities Limited, said.

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) is reportedly looking to invest $600 million in Mukesh Ambani's retail empire, Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL), at valuations significantly higher than those in the previous round three years ago. ADIA already holds a 1.2% stake in RRVL, alongside other investors such as KKR and Qatar. The current valuation is about 60% higher than the last round but lower than analysts' estimated value of $131 billion. RRVL, with a market value of $100 billion, is the 12th largest retail giant globally. Reliance Retail posted annual revenue of INR 2.6 trillion ($35 billion) in FY23.

Transworld Holdings (THL), the promoter of Shreyas Shipping, offered to acquire shares of the company from the public shareholders in May at an indicative price of ₹338. The indicative price was revised to ₹375 this month. The floor price determined as per delisting regulations was ₹292 per share.

IFIN had in February made an interim distribution payout of ₹3,200 crore to creditors. With the latest distribution, total interim payouts by IFIN currently stands at ₹4,007 crore.

"The downgrade reflects elevated risk of debt restructuring over the next few months because VRL has not made any meaningful progress on refinancing its upcoming debt maturities, in particular the $1 billion bonds maturing each in January 2024 and August 2024," Kaustubh Chaubal, the lead Moody's analyst on the conglomerate, said Tuesday.

It rallied more than 7% in a week, hit a 52-week high of Rs 326 on 22 September. The chart pattern suggests that the rally may not be over as long as the stock holds above Rs 275-300 levels

With the termination of the agreement, the investor group's nominee director on Suzlon's board, Hiten Timbadia, has also resigned with effect from September 26, Suzlon added
